I went to see Dr. Law because I have hated my weak...
I went to see Dr. Law because I have hated my weak chin for most of my life; it was recessed enough that I felt self-conscious about my appearance. I had also noticed that my temples and eyes were hollowing with age, and I was starting to get vertical lines in my lips. I'm 47 years old, and even though I am healthy, fit, and have taken good care of myself, friends and coworkers would frequently comment that I looked tired.
I considered several plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Law because of his commitment to a natural-looking result. He was patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my MANY questions. I had chin augmentation and lower face rejuvenation/platysmaplasty; fat grafting in my temples, the hollows of my eyes, and my lips; and fat removal along my jowl line (where fat is predisposed to collect even if you're a healthy weight).
It's been six months, and I am thrilled with the results. Not once has anyone asked if I've had work done. No one has done a double take or not recognized me. I look like myself, just a younger, stronger, more confident version.
My biggest fear going into the surgery was that the chin implant would be too small; my second biggest fear was that it would be too large. I'm happy to say it's perfectly proportioned for my face. I have a beautiful jaw line, and my neck looks like it did 20 years ago. It might sound odd, but I finally feel like my face is complete.
