30 Year Old Wanting Relief, Give Me Strength! - Raleigh, NC

So my consultation with Dr. Michelle Roughton from UNC Ambulatory Care Clinic in Chapel Hill, NC was EPIC and was on 12/12/16.
I have to admit I was scared to death about going and didn't know what to expect. Her nurse Kate was very straight forward about what my insurance would need to have. Kate asked about what have I done to make sure I wouldn't get rejected by insurance. Once she asked me everything I realized, 1) this is a lengthy check off list. 2) Why do we have insurance? and 3)I'm going to have to do a lot of work!
Once I waited what seemed like forever, Dr. Roughton came in and the first thing off her mouth when she saw me was "Yea, those got to go!". You guys have no idea how happy I was to hear those words, finally.. I got some relief just hearing her say that.
She asked about the pain, she saw the grooving on my shoulders and asked if I had any other issues. When I mentioned the migraines she mentioned that she's going to give me 3 months to lower my BMI (32 to 27) and have me see a physical therapist. She encouraged me to do as much as I could to have this done.
I honestly never felt so happy, I'm still terrified and don't know how to go about it.
She has great grades in her health score and is extremely pleasant. Her staff is wonderful.

On 12/13/16 I got the call that I can stat physical therapy on the 22nd of December.

I'm so determine to get rid of this weight. The migraines are coming back, the chest pain on the left side is unbearable and the neck pain on the left side of my neck needs to go.

So I had my surgery Nov. 12th 2015 and the surgery took longer than expected and I had both right ovary and Fallopian tubes removed. Appearantly the cysts destroyed them both.
I was able to lose 16 lbs since this surgery thru diet alone but now the girls feel heavier and the pain has gotten unreal. I went from a 38G to a 36h and the new bra is really big on me so I have to be smaller than that.

Big news:
Finally got my date for my consultation it's January 25,2016 with Dr. Michelle C. Roughton in UNC. I'm thrilled and terrified at the same time. I don't know how she works and even though she does have 10 years H see her belt... I can't find anyone who has worked with her. Please anyone in RS land of you had work done with this surgeon let me know how was your experience? I contacted Dr. Richard Carlinos office as well in Raleigh but wasn't contacted yet. Dr. Carlino is who my option A but I'll just go with the flow.

Hopefully she has some good news for me!

I have to push my dream Breast Reduxtion back, have to have emergency laparoscopy to remove two cyst and right ovary that are giving me grief!
Looking forward to January for consultations on reduction.
