Looks pretty good to me. I can see some brown spots which were not there before the treatment. What are those?
I still have some bruising at the injection sites. I see my plastic surgeon tomorrow, and I’ll know more about how to get rid of them, I hope. We are also planning on some more treatments.
Did you do subcision Nd filler to your icepick scars as well? Do you see any improvement with those? How much did bellafil cost you along with subcision? Also did you have only 1 syringe or more?

My doctor went under all of my scars (both cheeks), subcised them, and placed a think layer under the whole area. I got a full pack of Bellafill, which is 5 injections. My left side is my worse side, and so my doctor placed 3 injections on the left and 2 on the right. The total cost was $4000. I have not seen any improvement with the icepick scars, but my doctor was very clear about ice pick scars not being treatable with subcision and Bellafill. I have scheduled Clear and Brilliant (mini-fraxel) in 2 weeks, and that should help with the pore size and hyper-pigmentation. I hope this helps! What kind of acne scars are you looking to repair?

It is mostly ice pick scars. My personal opinion is that don't go for lasers. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. i've done 3 sessions of laser but it didn't do any good. Rest is your own choice.
The clear and brilliant doesn't target ice pick scars, but it helps a ton if you have hyper-pigmentation or enlarged pores. It is more used more for uneven skin tone. I think I will probably go for a few more Bellafil injections along with subcision, but only after we see how well my own collagen production helps with the scarring. My doctor suggested we wait 6 months to a year.

You know, it's been 4 weeks, and according to my surgeon, this is the time when it looks the "worst" as all the swelling has subsided. I do think that it still looks better, and I am hoping it's going to just get better from here. Good luck with you appointment! I am getting clear and brilliant done Monday! Bellafill + Subcision - Day 2

Its been almost 48 hours since my procedure, and I think my swelling and bruising has gone down by at least 20%. My cheeks are still tender to touch, but the pain is also pretty minor. I am posting a couple of new pictures from this morning.
