I'm 20 and I've wanted a boob job since the tender age of 10, yes, 10 years old! Dr. Desai was the first doctor that I consulted with and after my first consult, I felt so comfortable with him that I scheduled a date for my surgery. I still wanted a second opinion so I went to another doctor but his social skills couldn't compare to that of Dr. Desai's and he wasn't friendly in the slightest. Dr. Desai helped me chose the size that was perfect for me without pressuring me to go larger or smaller. We decided on 475cc in my left and 525cc in my right to correct my asymmetry. The first few days of recovery were rough but the painkillers really helped me and they also made me happy. I drove on the sixth day and it was a struggle because I had a lot of back pain due to the way I was required to sleep. However, by the 2 week mark, I was pretty much back to normal and could do almost anything as long as it didn't require too much upper body strength. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and it's only been a month. I've went braless recently and people still couldn't tell that my boobs were fake. This was one of the best decisions that I've made. I also have a BA account with before and after pictures if anyone's interested in seeing my transformation. IG: upgrade_me

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.

I thought it was obvious that I got it because I wanted larger breasts. As far as tips go, I just tried my best to do as my doctor instructed although I bent the rules alittle. For example, laying on my side before I was instructed to do so, maybe a little too much lifting and stretching but I wouldn't advise anyone to go against their doctor's wishes because not everyone will be as lucky as I was to still have such amazing results. One thing I did do that I think helped a lot with dropping and the softness was constantly massage my boobs. Massaging makes a world of difference!
