I'm writing this review because I want to tell others about my amazing experience! Because I'm so happy with the results from the first inquiry to today with the results of my breast augmentation. I used the online "Swivel" to ask questions and get answers direct from Dr. Picard...and it worked!!! Use Swivel...it's completely secure and it gives you an opportunity to provide information to Dr. Picard and he will answer you directly in real time. This line of communication helped me to decide to use Dr. Picard because he replied directly and honestly answering my questions and helping me set the consultation appointment too.
