He has left my face with two scars that need reoperating on

I saw Khurram Khan (see prev review 13/4/19) for acne scar excision at the Stanio clinic, I couldn't have been happier. I saw him again, in December 2022 at the horrid Spire clinic in solihull/ Walsall. What a difference (in a bad way) it seems he has become very money focused, by that I mean he rushed my procedure to the extent that he has left my face with two scars that need reoperating on.
He of course isn't admitting responsibility and this will now go down the legal route. Seems the cash culture of his new employer has effected his ability to provide the quality care he once was capable of. Such a shame.
