Khurram Khan, FRCS(Plast)

I had my Septorhinoplasty with Dr Khan 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results already! From the start, he took the time to listen to everything I wanted to change about my nose and made sure he fully understood the outcome I wanted. He explained everything so clearly, giving loads of detail about what the procedure would involve but in a way that was easy to follow and not overwhelming in any way.

One thing I really loved was how he focused on making sure my nose still worked perfect for breathing, he made it clear that function came first, which I really appreciated. He was so thorough, even down to measuring my face to make sure my new nose would suit my features just right.

The whole process couldn't have gone better. The surgery went smoothly, my recovery was a breeze (pretty much pain free) and the follow up care has been amazing. Dr Khan has been there every step of the way making sure that everything is healing well and that i'm happy.

I'm so grateful I managed to find Dr Khan, he's not just incredibly talented and skilled but also super kind and supportive. If you're thinking about having a procedure done, I can't recommend him enough. He's brilliant!

Mr Khan took great care with our 4 year old daughter’s operation. Having been born with some skin tags and extra cartilage around her ear, and this surgery not being covered by the NHS, we were very grateful to come across Mr Khan through a personal recommendation. From our initial consultation to the day of the surgery and the after care visit we received outstanding care. Me Khan managed our expectations throughout and then far surpassed our expectations with the results of our daughter’s surgery. Her ear looks fantastic and almost identical to her other ear, which I understand was quite a challenge given the complexity of the positioning of the extra cartilage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Khan to anyone seeking surgery, especially for a child when as a parent you want to ensure the safest and best hands for your child’s surgery.

After many hours of research l am very pleased that I chose Mr Khan.
I had lower and much needed upper eyelid surgery resulting in extremely improved peripheral vision and natural looking wide ‘happy eyes’.
From the first consultation Mr Khan listened and managed expectations with care and consideration, explaining the procedures. The attention to care carried on post-operative, with excellent follow-up appointments.
5 months after surgery, it is very difficult to see any scaring and I am so happy with the results.

I have had no pain with the surgery due to all the medication. I am very pleased with the way my nose looks now but I think what would have made the difference is having and been shown photos of what my nose will look like before the surgery as we just spoke about what I wanted instead of analysing photos. He did everything I asked for and gave his own knowledge and advise on whats best, however I feel like recovery has been long and its still slightly uncomfortable just waiting for the year mark. If i would make any changed it would be to have a slight more visible break where my nose curves, but other then that pleased.

I came to Dr Khan for a rhinoplasty. Dr Khan noted down the concerns I had with my nose, and also was honest about what didn’t need changing which for me was a comfort because I didn’t want a drastically different nose, all I wanted was the hump removed. We both aimed for a natural looking nose and it had turned out amazing. I’m no longer conscious about my side profile. I was amazed how soon I had recovered. After getting my cast removed, I was able to go out without feeling like it was obvious I had surgery.

Praising Khurram Khan to the utmost would somehow still be doing him a disservice - if you are fortunate enough to come across him- you are very lucky! I first met him when he carried out a pinnaplasty and felt, from the outset, very reassured and had a result which completely changed my life. Sounds silly but true! I could go to the hairdressers and wear my hair up without fear of ridicule or comments, which ALWAYS came prior to the procedure if I ever dared to...SO when I decided finally, after years of being a care giver, that I no longer wished to wear my traumas on my face, I had no hesitation in going to Khurram Khan. I already had great confidence in his skill and again, from the beginning of the process to now, four weeks down the line, I am rewarded many times over!! He is patient-informed and patient-led, so he actually listens, as opposed to preconceived ideas about what HE thinks you should have and making unwelcome suggestions. He takes all the time to answer any questions one might have but in practice, as he is so informative, he covers everything anyway before you have any! His calm demeanour is very reassuring and he completely puts the patient at ease. It is quite a big procedure, so it is an enormous thing to have confidence and no worries about the "technical stuff" ... you can concentrate on the recovery, without having fears about the end result. Quite simply, brilliant! I am four weeks on and feel like the sagging, jowly, hangdog look has gone. The difficult few years have taken their toll but my face no longer reflects this! He, and his PA, Kerry, have been wonderful.

I recently had open tip rhinoplasty and from start to finish I felt comfortable. From our initial consultation, Khurram listened to my concerns and came up with solutions for all of them. As someone who has never had surgery, I thought I would be more nervous but Khurram talked me through the process and the side effects without scaring me.

The surgery went incredibly well, I had minimal bruising and pain and couldn’t believe the results after just 2 weeks of having my cast off! My insecurity of the bump in my nose has completely gone. I am now around 10 weeks out of surgery and the scarring is minimal. Very impressed with the results and would recommend Khurram Khan to anyone who was considering rhinoplasty.

Mr Khan was amazing he explained everything very calmly and clearly talked about all the possible risks involved. My results are fantastic I have had no pain and no brusing and the scars are healing really well only 6 weeks on. Even the nurses said what an amazing job he had done very neat.

Mr Khan is a fantastic surgeon soft spoken and reassuring and definitely the right man for breast surgery!
He was my second consultation and I just felt that he was the one for me .
From start to finish he was really great and I trusted him to know what was best for me.
A week after surgery on seeing my breasts I was so pleased with what I saw even though I still had raised incisions and swelling !
2 months later they look even better, my only regret is I hadn’t done them sooner .
I would 100% percent recommended him .
