Update -2.5 months later.
Surgeries: Went for eyelid reduction, ptosis correction and double eyelid surgeries.
Would recommend, positive experience all around.

Overall: Would recommend. Service and support are excellent..
Sales consultant: efficient, no hard selling.
Translator (Chloe via WhatsApp and in-person communications): patient, courteous and dependable.
Surgeon (Dr. Kim): efficient, resolved root cause of issue, no hard selling, courteous and kind
Medical support staffs- efficient and courteous
Surgery- went smoothly
After-care- went smoothly.
