After 2 years and 3 surgeries
$9,000
I just want to say that it is my worst choice to trust a doctor who makes mistakes 3 times in a row and till advertised as a specialist
I really think that my eyes are pretty without him doing anything.

Results not good, unhappy.
Contacted clinic and they offered free consultation but NO ONE ATTENDED TO ME FOR ALMOST AN HOUR?
is it because it’s free?
I left, obviously
Until now, no one from clinic bother to apologize and or follow up. I’m utterly disappointed with my choice of clinic.

Disappointed
After 3 surgery by the doctor, I can only say that I regretted doing this in Singapore.
My eyes just doesn’t look the same anymore, it will always be imbalance just because …
I will redo it in Korea.
I cannot face with it that I now look sub-standards and I already gave 3 chance to fix it.

Hi, did you do it’s at Polaris with dr Ooi? I also did mine at Polaris on April 2022. I do felt the same that it’s seems imbalance. But I am unsure if it’s still swells or it was overcorrected?
Can I check if he did charge u for the second and third operation?

Hi, yes it was by Dr Adrian Ooi at Polaris. It has been 2 years since and I still hated my eyes. Tbh I cannot accept the fact he says he is a professional in Ptosis and eye surgery.
I only paid for the medicines and some surgery related fees for both surgery.
He offered to do it 4th time but no way am I letting him treat me like a Guinea pig. I dun understand why he can proclaim himself a eye surgery specialist

Hi, may I know did you go to Korea to do the revision? If yes can share with me the contact as I also have the same issue as you. The same doctor who did my ptosis surgery and it failed.

Yet to, year end. I dun trust local doctors anymore. This experience is totally traumatising. I cannot believe I trusted Polaris
