Professional and Great - a Little Rushed
My overall experience with this has been good!
I reached out after researching to do an eyelid surgery specifically ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty.
For my entire life I’ve had a lazy droopy right eye that is exaggerated and so I’ve been looking forward to fixing this.
The overall process has been clear and they are professional and good at what they do. This place is also incredibly popular which is reassuring but also at the same time you are in a long queue of customers to get through.
I wish they would’ve given some more personalized time than was given. But if you know what treatment you want and what look you want, this is the place! Just make sure to know and do your research first.
