The best! Ptosis repair & upper blepharoplasty to balance facial symmetry

I had two surgeries with Dr Kao…the first was a ptosis repair with upper blepharoplasty to correct a drooping in my eyelid and help balance my facial symmetry. I had met with other surgeons (in other practices) before I found Dr Kao. Other doctors minimized how much the issue bothered me (as it was seen as very slight) and quickly dismissed me and my concerns as not valid/significant. Dr Kao listened to me, made me feel very seen, and discussed options and expectations with me. He is so very patient and didn’t rush through or brush off how I felt. My second surgery was an upper blepharoplasty on the other eye, again, to help balance my facial symmetry so both eyes look even.

Surgery itself was so much easier than I thought it would be and recovery was extremely smooth. Dr Kao has such a calming demeanor and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. In the landscape of medical care nowadays, the level of professionalism and personal care he delivers is just unmatched. I am thrilled with my results and would not ever trust anyone else with something as important as my face!
