i was referred to dr black something like 10 years ago, and 2-3 surgeries later, close to i’m sure $10k my issue has gotten worse. i recently went back to ask him to investigate what is causing and to fix the issue (after every other surgeon i’ve seen since then will not fix it as they are afraid to make it worse) he repeatedly kept talking about my eye muscle when i repeated multiple times it was NOT a muscle issue, i can feel the weight of the skin pulling my eye down, it’s a skin issue and the skin is collecting at the front because it doesn’t seem to have been reattached properly. yet he kept repeating the same thing over and over “it’s just a millimeter” about the muscle, which it’s not. at the end of the appointment he told me to use….eyes drops. eye drops that a different doctor prescribed and that it would make it all better, but it only tightens the muscle, and the muscle isn’t the issue, so i tried the drops and it made the eye worse. if you need someone to actually figure out what’s wrong with you and take care of you (which is what doctors signed up to do), and not just give you 10 minutes of time you PAID for, save yourself the agony and go somewhere else.
