After 3 years, right eye lid significantly drooped like it had before my first ptosis surgery. My right eyelid was the original reason I sought surgery. Had revisional surgery 12/2023 by the same surgeon (currently 4 months post op 2nd ptosis surgery but for right eye only).

ptosis surgery with Dr. VRCEK was everything his Google reviews said it would be. My healing time took longer than I would have liked (12-15 months) however I am happy with the results. I am scheduled for lower bleph this year, 2022.
Define healing: bruising and swelling were gone by week 2. Experienced some tightness in eyes when looking to the sides for a couple months (not painful, just uncomfortable). Experienced assymetry of the lids like I had prior to surgery for about 12 months… finally 15 months in, my eye lids are symmetric like I had intended with the surgery!

That’s good to know it’s 2 months and one kid is over 10 mm and the other is 8 mm hope it settles

Thanks for the feedback! Could you add your photos as well? something like before-after
Great review/info! I already had my surgery but in all the reviews I read, no one mentioned the tightness/ slow healing could be a possibility! I also think my healing has been rather slow in terms of feeling normal and symmetry (only had surgery on one eye) so it's really reassuring to see that someone else went through something similar!
10 mounths out eyes are still not symmetric like i thought
