My eyes look horrible, this has aged me

I originally went here for a PRP Facial, Dr Pickens convinced me to just get the PRP Facelift- I had prp and hyaluronic acid filler injected. The doctor used Voluma as the hyaluronic acid filler-it was placed in/or near the tear trough area-I started to get bags under my eyes and went back for a follow up, the doctor injected more prp. The bags progressively got worse, followed up and got Vitrase to remove some of the filler under my eyes. It looks worse now. Voluma should never be placed in or near the tear trough area, it cause swelling under the eyes. I now have eye bags when I originally had none. Dr
Pickens is NOT a cosmetic dermatologist and should not be doing any facial injections. I just went to a cosmetic dermatologist for a consult, I am now left with the long and costly process of getting the Voluma removed and possibly under eyelid surgery.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THAT HAS LEFT ME BOTCHED AND NEEDING SURGERY!!!

I originally went in to get a Vampire facial, 

Dr Pickens persuaded me into getting the Vampire Facelift-with hyaluronic filler.

Dr Pickens incompetently injected Voluma in my tear trough under eye area resulting in lumpy under eye bags-which I did not have before she injected me.

Voluma is not FDA approved to be injected in, or near the tear trough area-because of the adverse results it causes-the swollen, lumpy, under eye bags that I now have.

I now need surgery by a oculoplasty surgeon, a under eye blepharoplasty to surgically remove the filler, and correct the damage she has done.

I have asked Dr Pickens to refund my money for the incompetence of injecting Voluma in a non FDA approved area, so my refund can help contribute to paying for my impending surgery.

Dr Pickens has refused to refund my money and called her lawyer on me- who is not willing to negotiate any refund at all, and believes Dr Pickens injecting Voluma in a non FDA approved area did not contribute to my injuries.

I DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS BEFORE 

DR PICKENS INCOMPETENTLY INJECTED VOLUMA IN MY TEAR TROUGH (UNDER EYE) AREA!!!

Dr Pickens had ruined my looks and refuses to take the least bit of responsibility or even refund my money.

Dr Pickens calls herself “the cosmetic expert” and a “leading physician in the field of cosmetic medicine” If Dr Pickens was this so called expert she wouldn’t have injected Voluma in the tear trough area-because a cosmetic expert knows better than injecting in a area that causes the side effects I’m experiencing.

Dr Pickens is an ER doctor and is not a 

cosmetic expert” or a “leading physician in the field of cosmetic medicine”

Learn from my mistake and only go to a reputable cosmetic plastic surgeon to get any facial injections.
