Treatment Not Effective

This rating is a reflection of the overall experience and ineffectiveness of the treatments for me. The staff and doctor were friendly enough. I had no problems with their bedside manner. However unfortunately the treatments didn't work at all. While the doctor refrained from making grandiose promises, he definitely did say he was confident that he'd be able to help regrow some hair, which made me somewhat optimistic. However after months of treatment and thousands of dollars there was no progress at all. And there is no money back guarantee. I'm not saying this treatment is not effective for some people. Maybe it is, but it didn't work for me, and it's not cheap.
