I underwent PRP and laser treatments at Root Hair Institute for a full year with absolutely zero results — a complete waste of my time and money. When I asked to speak with Dr. Roopani about next steps, I was told I would need to pay an additional consultation fee despite already being a loyal paying patient for an entire year. This is unacceptable. Rather than being honest about the failure of their treatments, they had the audacity to recommend even more PRP and Folix sessions. In my opinion this business model is deliberately predatory — designed to keep patients trapped in expensive recurring treatments with no real path to results. When I posted my honest experience in a review they conveniently claimed they couldn't find me in their system. If that isn't a red flag I don't know what is. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to do their research carefully. Based on my personal experience this place prioritizes your wallet over your results. I cannot in good conscience recommend Root Hair Institute to anyone."
