How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Steer Clear
Pros: Courteous and knowledgeable staff
Cons: The Eclipse PRP kit makes hair loss worse, as indicated by several others on this site.
Dr. McCracken is in maybe once a week and is not receptive to concerns.
After calling a few places about PRP injections for hair loss, I settled on Dr. McCracken's practice due to the information that was provided by one of the assistants. I paid for four treatments up front because of how well she described the procedure and how knowledgeable she was overall since I really didn't have much else to go off of. The price was about average based on what I've seen, so I jumped right in.
The treatment itself isn't so bad and the assistant that does the procedure does a good job of making you feel comfortable and informed. After the first procedure I noticed an exacerbation of hair loss at the injection sites in the front of my scalp, and I asked if this was normal. They had informed me that it was not, but I thought I'd stick it out. Five weeks later, I underwent my second procedure and noticed more hair loss afterwards than I've ever experienced in my life. I called to express my concerns and we attempted to schedule a time for me to see Dr. McCracken. Because he's almost never in the office, my only opportunity was the next day at 4:30, which I begrudgingly accepted since I wanted to know his thoughts on the matter. I hadn't spoken to him since my orientation, so I looked forward to seeing him. I pulled A LOT of strings to get out of work early and spent 75 minutes in traffic during rush hour to get to the office. I called to let them know I would be late and the doctor expressed that he wouldn't be able to see me since he can't stay there for longer than a few hours a week.
I had read most of the reviews on this site about PRP injections, and the recurring theme of the negative reviews had to do with the Eclipse PRP kit. When I had initially asked about which kit they used, they informed me that it was the Eclipse kit and had no information beyond that other than the fact that they use it because Dr. McCracken is friends with the founder of the company.
While the staff is great and was nothing but good to me, the man running the operation there does not seem to care about his work or his customers, so I highly advise for anybody considering to go to this practice to look elsewhere. You will be disappointed and out of a lot of money as it seems that the procedures are based around what can make the doctor and his friends (they also sold me a separate hair growth kit due to a partnership they have with another company) as much money as possible while leaning on his staff to do the dirty work and hope that the treatments that they administer work.
Stay away at all costs, especially if you're looking to get PRP injections for hair loss.
