A week of constipation was the sort pain I've experienced in my life. Finally back to normal. Back doesn't hurt, chest isn't too tight, still get winded but not as bad.

God damn we're the first two days hell. Breathing hurt. Speaking hurt. My body ached from constantly being upright. Today I was a little winded after giving a presentation but everything is starting to feel a lot better. I had my first follow up appointment and Dr Rex showed me how to massage my breasts, removed bandages and advised I stop taking my medications. My left breast is softer than my right but they both have movement.
