Profound Helped Tighten my Neck After an Under Chin/neck Liposuction Boo-boo

I am very happy with the neck and face tightening I received at Dr. Kornstein's office using the Profound technology. My case is not the everyday thing. At age 46, I was having a concern with 3 developing "lines" of loose skin on my upper neck, due to some bad lipo that had been done under my chin (NOT at Dr. Kornstein's) about 8 years earlier. Over time, those subtle "lines of demarcation" from the badly-done lipo (think of a newly-mown lawn where you can see lines the mower missed) had grown more distinct as my skin lost some tone with aging. The three lines looked saggier than the rest of my neck. The plan of attack had begun in Chicago (at the time I could not get to NYC to see Dr. Kornstein) with Dr. Michael Braithwaite (great surgeon in Chicago) using the S.A.F.E. technique of lipo on the troubled area to gently redistribute the fat into those "sucked out lines" and smooth the area. This helped a lot but didn't take me all the way because over time it had become a loose skin issue as well). When I could finally return to NYC to see Dr. Kornstein (I have been his patient many years and for many procedures) we used Profound to give a last bit of tightening. It's worked out great! The Profound gradually improved the situation over about 14 months, as each month I was pleased to see the droopy/sagging 3 lines disappearing. Honestly, I feel I am 90% back to where I want to be, but a little more could be done. Am now considering either one more Profound treatment for a final neck tightening boost (if advisable) or J-Plasma technology (Dr. Kornstein is an expert with J-Plasma and has used it on my body after lipo to achieve great tightening)...As for the rest of my face where we did the Profound, I am pleased. Profound was a great precursor/adjunct to fat transfer. Thank you Dr. Kornstein!
