I am so sorry you went through this. Thank you for sharing your story. I do hope you find an excellent surgeon who is honest, compassionate, and very highly skilled and experienced in revision rhinoplasty, and you will have a complete recovery.
I was really sad to read this as it just doesn't relate to the reputation of Charles East and Rhinoplasty London. I had rhinoplasty and septoplasty with them 5 years ago and the end to end surgery was outstanding. I was told it takes a year to see full results! And sometimes how one reacts is outside of any surgeons hands. I personally would recommend them highly and would be happy to talk to anyone. I'm not a surgeon of course but maybe give it a year to see the full results and if you are happy it is always nice to review comments as not enough people do these posts to say positive things.
Thank you for your message. I truly wish I had a positive story to tell as it's my face and it's devastating. I wish I was posting pictures of how great my nose was, I truly do. I'd love to believe this asymmetry would resolve with time, but it didn't after the primary and it's much worse this time. I understand healing is an unpredictable element and I've always been pleasant and understanding but it's been a catalogue of failing not just in terms of my poor outcome but my journey. I work with head and neck surgeons so they have been with me throughout this awful ordeal and obviously shown a keen interest, so I understand more than the average person would. I hope moving forward rhinoplasty London can improve on some of my points for future patients.
With respect, this is not a case where the nose is going to magically improve by the one year mark. It looks like a botched job and I fail to see how it is going to get any better without any intervention. Good for you if you had a positive experience but I'm skeptical that you're actually a real patient at all. You're trying way too hard to defend this surgeon (not just on this review but on another thread where other people are discussing poor outcomes from Charles East) and it doesn't sit right.

I do not understand why her comment is not following Real Self’s Code? She is just expressing her experience and feelings about it<.
So sorry to hear that , it is sad that you are the one that in hundreds of positive stories , where you appear to have reacted badly to the operation, as its not normal at all to hear this from Rhinoplasty London as they know what they are doing. I was put off going with another surgeon as feedback said one woman was in loads,of pain after and her nose bled and she got infections. But it may have just been how she reacted beyond the surgeons control. I hope you resolve your issue as totally get it. I just wanted to say that my experience was fantastic and they have an exemplary reputation and history of service excellence!I really hope your nose improves over the next 6 months !

Definitely not an isolated case. Surgeons who brag about their low revision rates but dismiss poor outcomes are a joke.
My intention was to bring positive energy to the forum and just for the record, I am just a happy patient with my own business and I am in no way relayed to Rhinoplasty London. Best of luck to you all.

I’m so sorry! I can just imagine how you feel. That gut wrenching feeling of having gone with the wrong surgeon. Gosh I wish you well and hope you find a surgeon who can help you.
