Amazing in every way! I had wanted breast augmentation post-baby, and decided to book a consultation when visiting Colombia with my family. From first email contact, to post-surgery, I could not be more pleased with Premium Care.
I previously had otoplasty (ear reshaping) by a ‘well-respected’ plastic surgeon in the States. Having this experience as a comparison, Dr. Alex Campbell and his team in Colombia really set a high bar for start-to-end care. My appointments were on-time, and booked properly; I never felt rushed or overlapped by another patient. I appreciated this as we were making important decisions about my body! More importantly, the ethical questions asked by Dr. Campbell were pleasantly surprising. I felt he genuinely cared about why I wanted the surgery, rather than how he could inflate his bank account. (He demonstrated this again when I asked about trying out Botox for the first time.) As many of his patients travel international for care, myself included, the Premium Care staff coordinates very personalized attention to help with any language barriers; hotel pick-up/drop-off and post-surgery visits, staff nurse assisted lab visits and prescription pick-ups, and a staff nurse is there with you pre-surgery to help answer questions of hospital staff or hospital forms. Finally, add all end-to-end cost of travel + surgery together, you will likely spend less than the surgery itself in the States. And, the care and attention you receive is exceptional.
I highly recommend Dr. Alex Campbell (and Dr. Carolina Restrepo of Premium Care); they are an amazing team. It is a no brainer! I feel I did not just gain an amazing doctor, but an honest and caring friend! Thanks, my boobs look and feel great!
