I'm a mother of 4 Children ages 16-1 yrs old and Dr.welsh has gave me my body back!!! I went into surgery at 240lbs....and he worked wonders on my body!!!! I have a Full Tummy Tuck with muscle repair and a Breast Lift with the prior gel implants I already had. I highly recommend Dr.Welsh and his staff for any surgery needs!

Wow! what a transformation! you were pretty big going in, the PS didn't recommend losing weight before surgery? How much did you weigh after? You look awesome!
I was 240lbs when I went into surgery and I came out weighing 232 however I now weigh 245lbs in these photos above. Dr.Welsh said I would be fine at my weight if I felt ok about it and I think I look better now :)
Did you stay in Tampa until your 1week follow up? Just wondering how I could swing that visit / doctor choice being out of state. How much pounds were removed, great job!
Well I live only 30mins away from the office. I think around 10lbs was removed nut then again I weigh 245lbs in my photos that I posted now.
You look fantastic, very thrilled for you! Some doctors if most recommends weight loss but some does realize how hard it is to carry such weight in the abdomen an work out. I'm schedule for a mommy makeover on June 4 an currently my weight is 198. Looking forward to my new body.

Pics look great!!! What do you mean you went into surgery at 240lbs? How much did you come out weighing? When was your surgery if you don't mind me asking? I am scheduled for my TT, MR and lipo of flanks on April 6th. How has your recovery been? 5 months post op - how has your life changed after your surgery? Where you a exercise geek or a health food fanatic making it easy for you after surgery or has it been difficult? Any suggestions you could offer would be great. I went in at 240lbs came out about 10lbs lighter however my weight is now 245lbs..... I still look good I guess it's just where my body is stuck at. 5mo PO I still do pretty much the same thing daily however things are much easier with out my huge belly lol and being that I have 4 boys ages 16-1 year old I stay pretty active.
Thanks for your response. By any chance - did your PS say you had internal fat? Was your belly soft and giggly like jello? Mine is like that too but I have internal fat that I haven't been able to get rid of.
