I have wanted breast implants since I was 14 years...

I have wanted breast implants since I was 14 years old. I always had a good size chest but I wanted big high profile breasts. Now that I am older and have a had a child the reasons I want implants are different. I mainly want to fill my breast back up, I was a 32 EE when I was nursing so now that I have stopped they are just saggy and empty feeling. I no longer want the in your face implants, not that I have anything wrong with anyone who does it's just not for me anymore. I am trying to decide if I should go with moderate plus profile or high profile (Maybe they will make my breasts look less saggy?) But I don't want them to be too high. I want to be either a full D or DD I am smaller frame so I don't want them to look too huge but I also don't want to regret going too small. My consultation isn't until April 13, and I hope after I go to the doctor I will feel more confident in exactly what I want, it's already keeping me up at night going back and forth! Ahhh . Not too excited about sharing these before pics but I guess it will be good to have throughout this journey!

Whatever you do, don't get a Benelli lift! And honestly, you're beautiful and by what I see in your photo I wouldn't mess w what you have. If I could go back a year and get my "mom boobs" back, I would in a second! Had no idea how many unnatural problems I would acquire with implants, so so so not what I ever imagined! I did it for the same reason as you- deflation after nursing and loosing cup sizes when I stopped hormonal BC pills. I thought nothing could be worse than the extra skin- but I was wrong lol. Feel free to message me if you want to. Everyone's experience is so different, but just know that not everyone's is possible.

Thank you for your comment. I am having a hard time deciding if it's worth the risk or not. I am not done having children yet either. It will be a while, I have to do in-vitro but I am worried they will just get worse after that. Did you end up getting yours removed?

Also I read through your profile and I'm really sorry that happened to you and you have to deal with that

I have to say you have really nice breasts now. I wish mine were that big. I saw Dr. Warnock (shares office with your doctor) and he was quite nice, but his previous appointments ran late so I was rushing to get out of there. Anyways, he thought a 450cc HP, Silicone would look just fine and not too big on me (I'm 5'0", 125lbs, and literally a negative A cup). So I think what you want to get is going to be completely natural looking.

Thank you! Did you set a date to do surgery, curious how you felt after your appt and if you liked the staff and everything. My appt is a few weeks away and I'm already so anxious!

I haven't had mine removed yet, but that's the goal. It's been a year since I had implants put in and I have been researching surgeons and taking things slow. I don't want to jump into anything, need this to be the last surgery on my breasts. I really would like to have Explant w a lollipop lift but have only seen surgeons out of the country who seem to do an amazing job w this. I see so many lifts that give you all the scars and such a small difference. I hate knowing there is surgery looming in my future, but hope to get it right this time and find someone I'm really comfortable with.

And as far as you still wanting children, my advice to you is to definitely wait on BA.

Good luck on your surgery! I just had mine done last week in the same building but with Dr. Bindrup. Sizing is seriously the hardest part... I didn't make a decision until right before haha. I even made homemade rice sizers to try and help, but just go with your gut :)

I decided I wasn't going to wait until September to get my surgery done. I was worried that I would be too swollen in the summer to feel comfortable in a swim suit but now that I'm set on implants I just want them done as soon as possible! I sent pictures to my doctor ahead of time so that I could schedule my surgery out but he said there is a slight possibility that I will need a lift. If I do end up needing a lift I think I will wait until I'm completely done having children, any thoughts? If I don't need a lift I want to get the implants done and then just have a lift after I am done having kids. I hope I can just get them implants, I'm too excited to wait any longer !

Hi, I am in the same boat! I breastfed one kid and after that I became a totally deflated. I have heard that I am a borderline candidate for a mastopexy. My PS told me that there is a chance I will not need the lift with the right implant. I am going in for a sizing the 15 of April and my BA is scheduled for May 6. I will post a blog in the forum when I get closer to the surgery. I have a post in the Q&A with picture under snowbird24. Right now my decision is to take the chance and have the BA now, and wait until my last kid and have the lift. Good luck deciding!
