Oh yeah I just started my corset training today couldn't find one that wouldn't roll up in the back, therefore after exercising and dropping a few lbs I was able to fit one I previously purchased thank goodness purchased five!

B sure to get a corset with metal boning. A good one will have 20 or more in the waist training type and made of a sturdy material feeling almost like a light canvas. The fashioncorsets have plastic boning that will bend when warmed by body heat and leave dents and not the desired results. Good luck.

I received my compression garments from my surgeon and used them for two months Thereafter I used a waist cincher because I had a problem with the corset rolling up I purchased my corsets from corset deals.com referred to me by the inspirational

Plz keep us posted. U look good now but after the corset training u will knock our socks off. At first corset seem a little overwhelming but once u get the hang of it it is just normal routine. YouTube has some good instructional videos.

Hey Latasha u look great. I'm new to this. Just got tumenscent lipo 3 weeks ago on abdomen/flanks/back roll. What compression garments/binder were u wearing and for how long? Also what site did u purchase ur corset from? Lots of questions, sorry but ur body resembles mine and I like ur results. Congratz!!

Remember to check with ur Dr for corset training. Most say to wait until at least two months.

one month update

Tomorrow makes 1 month and I have lost a total of 6inches in my upper abdomen now ( 32inches)and 4 1/2 in my lower abdomen now ( 35 1/2 inches). I am still swollen in my lower abdomen and back. Hoping to start corset training within the next couple weeks because I feel like my compression garments are no longer working. I am still very satisfied up to me to make the most of it!

I think it helped some but I think the massaging did the most.
