Pre-op butt lift

WORTH IT$4,000
So after really intense lower body training with squats, glute bridges, hip aductors, hamstring curls, and a bunch of deadlifts...this is where I'm at after having my butt implants removed in 2014. I started training heavy for about 3 years now and I want to compete in fitness and bodybuilding so I need to address the skin laxity. I'm going to Cosmed to get a lower body lift to remove the extra skin and lift the buttock. I have muscle under the skin, but it's not visible with the sagging.

Arrival to Cosmed: 1day before surgery
stkfitnessNovember 26, 2019
I arrived to San Diego on a direct flight from Texas at 8am; I had arranged for Cosmed (also known as Vida Wellness) to be picked up from the airport by shuttle. I waited for another patient to arrive about 45 minutes after me and we both got picked up together by a very well dressed gentleman named Jorge in a very clean and comfortable van wrapped in vida wellness branding. Me and the other patient chatted and we were both relieved to know there were other American patients going in for procedures. The ride to the border was about 20 minutes. I was hungry and dehydrated from fasting because I was to do bloodwork as soon as I arrived to the clinic.
The Vida/Cosmed building is beautiful on the outside and gorgeous on the inside and is what is considered a high end area—with a shopping mall, casino, soccer stadium, restaurant/bar row next door. I love that Walmart is in the shopping center and I went to stock up on ibuprofen, wipes, and hbd sanitizer.
Uber and Uber eats is available and my cell carrier T-mobile works seamlessly without extra charges or gaps in coverage. I Uber-ed to one of my favorite cafes in Mexico- the pancake place. I ate until I felt like I exploded. Food and uber is pretty cheap here.
So back to my arrival- I checked in with the secretary in a very posh lobby. Yesenia Is the name of my patient coordinator who help me arrange my surgery and the logistics to get here. She greeted me and gave me the paperwork I needed to read over and sign. After the paperwork, I went and got my blood drawn and my urinalysis. Afterword we just settled any outstanding balances and then I waited about an hour or so with the other patient In the lobby for our recovery rooms to be available. The recovery boutique is located a couple floors below the Cosmed clinic And it was very beautiful and comfortable from the outside. I was greeted by a couple of nurses who took my payment in full for the eight days I will be here. They took me to my room which was clean, comfortable, stylish, and large. The room has a TV with Netflix and cable, it also has a small writing desk and a lot of electrical outlets compatible with American appliances. I got a double room because my boyfriend will arrive here a couple days from now. I love how the shower has a chair and handles on the walls.
The nurses have been so sweet and brought food and adjust to the temperature in the room and brought bottled water and even programmed my TV. I can already tell this will not be my first time here at this place. I have this brochure and it looks like they do a variety of health and beauty services including dental.
The common area of the boutique comprises of a living room and a dining room or small cafeteria area, there is a side table filled with snacks and tea and a small refrigerator filled with yogurt and Jell-O and juices and waters for the taking. I am overall very impressed.
Right now I am just laying down enjoying my dinner in my comfy bathrobe that I brought. I have to be upstairs at the surgery center at 7 AM. I have to stop eating by 10 PM, and I have to stop all fluids by midnight. I was instructed to shower in the morning, but do not put on any moisturizers. They also recommended I bring nothing with me and come with just the bathrobe on and my slides. I feel like I should be more nervous, but I’m doing just fine. I know I will be in good hands.

Yes yours looks great! I definitely wanted a tighter, more toned look so I'm happy to have the illusion of being reduced. Now just need to build the glute muscles back up to continue to lift it naturally. If I build up my hamstrings and my gluteus minimus (upper buttock) it will look amazing. I'm blessed to have a nutrition and physical trainer coach as my partner in life!
