13 month update
Post 1 year and I will say that not everyones swelling is completely gone before the 1 year mark. I do have a small bit of scar tissue on my bridge but overall I'm very happy with my nose especially compared to what it was like. It's been a long road and I'm sure everyone who gets rhinoplasty has up and down days even now things like colds, hot weather ,alcohol even just waking up first thing in the morning can cause swelling which can make the tip look bigger.
10 month mark
Fast approaching one year and I'm still seeing small changes in my nose the definition is really starting to take place now in my nose. I think anyone with thicker skin really has to wait for a full year for all the swelling to go down the worst is if I go out drinking alcohol the following day my nose just looks massive

I still have swelling right at the tip I can still feel it but its slowly getting better. I've been using a ice cube rubbing it onto my nose for last two weeks every morning and finding it very helpful actually I rub it all over my face and it's great to give a healthy glow to skin aswell as help with the swelling. The pea size bump is still there but it doesn't bother me I've thought of getting steroid injections but talked myself out of it il see how time heals it first.
