DO NOT GO HERE. I had a mole on my face which they promised they could remove with a CO2 laser that would minimize scarring. They assured me the face heals the fastest and I would not experience any problem. Flash forward to a huge wound, weeks of healing, and a giant red scar on my face for 6 months after. I can also never go in the sun because after five minutes the scar turns bright red. I complained to the doctor and they said "this is normal", which of course they did not warn me about prior.

had a similar experience with the laser treatment. I was in Harley Medical in UK which is one of the most famous clinics. They work with lasers do fillers and plastic surgery etc. They have assured me that Co2 laser is a good choice of treatment to remove my wrinkles. So I have agreed to undergo the procedure but to be honest I was not ready to see my face burned. We always imagine the downtime differently than it actually is. 2 weeks I could not go out of home . My skin looked burned, I have started to panic and to be honest that was the terrible feeling that they have just damaged my skin. skin’s surface was brown. Was requesting for the help and doctor assured me that is ok and I need to wait. When your doc says ok you kind of trust to this , but still this feeling of waiting when you do want to look to the mirror is very depressive. Seriously I have covered all my mirrors at home. After 3 weeks I could see my red renewed skin. It was really red looked like a big wound. I gave up, but there was a still a hope. To summarize, the total skin renewal took 6 month and now I look younger those small wrinkles are gone and scars on my cheeks also. I am happy with the result. It was not a doctors failure it was my wrong expectation, this is what I have realized.

C02 laser is more aggressive you'd been expect that.So far you are happy with the results all is fine. Try fractional Palomar with PRP next time. It takes more sessions probably higher investments but it worth it. I am thinking to do Thermage. May I ask how much did you pay for your treatment?

How was your experience with prp? Thermage I guess I should do it in 10 years=) I am 35.

Was good. It was swiss PRP. After first session I saw considerable change in the texture of my skin, 2nd session not tht much changes , 3rd session visible results. Time gap between 1 and 2 treatment was around one and half month.

Don't do it. Fractional Palomar is what I had on my face and it left a HUGE burn scar. I wrote a post about it--it was also done at Klinika Mediestetik.

Anne how long you have it? Have you read about my 'WONDERFUL' experience with CO2:))) had the similar case but not a scar, it looked like whole face was red, after it became pink, than less pink, took me 6-7 month to look normal. Used foundation DMK covers well,trust me :P

Ok guys I have post acne scars.. am not tht experienced as u all seem to be here ;D Laser s been advised to me and prp. From posts am readin looks like tht in order to remove scar u should get red and get another big scar??and than you have a perfect face? WTF. Am not a doctor

Marikah....LOL =))) it seems so..getting red I guess is post procedural reaction scar is something different. I imagine scarring appears when you have white uneven structure left. If you undergo laser treatment your skin gets first damaged. It looks like scratched or burned than it starts to heal, skin looks red thn light pink. U do not get a big scar ur skin is first damaged than healed. I had no acne scars I had wrinkles and that is what I was told by beautician. sorry I am not a specialist in that. All I can do share my experience and this is the way I understand it.

I am visiting Mediest clinic since May 2015. That is weird that you had such an experience my treating doctor is Helena Reisingerova. She has good hands is very caring. After three treatments with fractional laser in combination with PRP my skin looks much better. I just feel and look younger. Regarding staff and services , when I come from Oslo they order private taxi driver for me who brings me directly to the clinic and they work on Sundays specially for me. I receive coffee juice water even had cookies once prior to the treatment,=)was [RS bleep] directly from the plane had no lunch so they have organised all for me. Yes we are. I noticed that the before and after photos you posted of your treatment look like they come from a website. Do you have a closeup of your face after the PRP?

Hi Lorena, sure I can,send me your e-mail. Before after are my pictures that I have requested are from my records, it was made at the clinic. Would you send me pictures of how your mole was and what is wrong with you now. I am concerned because I am booked for further treatment for December, have not decided yet. Which doctor was treating you?

You can private message me your photos. My scar has faded however it turns bright red after I shower or am in the sun for 2 minutes. The skin that was left has no more melanin and is very delicate. I would stop all your further treatments. Don't risk it.
