It’s been 4 weeks and I am so satisfied with how my body looks. I’ve lost 1.5 inches from the widest part of my stomach (belly button) and still have a little swelling. It’s not tender and 95% of numbness is gone. Still wearing binder or spanx for best outcome.

When trying on clothes they fit so much better. I am so grateful for Dr. Steinwald.

Better yet, this procedure has encouraged me to be healthier and move more. I’ve lost inches in my thighs, waist and bust. Food cravings are not as bad as they were pre-op.

Swelling is leaving and happy with results. Still wearing my binder although I was told I could switch to spanx a week ago. It feels better with the binder for longer periods (especially if I’m leaving the house). A few lumps that I’m hoping can be massaged out. Feeling great, bruising is gone. Tender in only a few places, mostly where the majority was taken out under the belly button. Started working out again and everything on track!

Here’s some pics of Day 5. The worst of the swelling is gone and I’m excited to see my new shape peeking through. It looks worse than it feels but I haven’t worn a bra since I have bruising on my upper ribs.
