A little bit about my journey:
I am petite 4'9'', 110 lbs and I have wanted to have breast implants since I was 14 years old. I received 450 cc, high profile silicone, and under the muscle about 3 months ago. Like some women, after all the swelling has gone down, I wish I had gone bigger. I started as barely an A cup, more like AA cup, so I was afraid of going too big at first. I was also afraid of stretch marks and increased complications due to larger implants. After the procedure I was professionally sized at VS and Nordstrom as a DD/DDD cup but looks more like a C/D. My advise to women getting this procedure is, don't be afraid to go bigger. I never thought I would have boobie greed but I did. Now that I'm 3 months post-op and my skin has stretch a little bit, I think I can handle bigger implants. I'm really contemplating on getting 800 cc ultra high profile.

Hi Peruasion! I can relate to your story. I am 4mo PO I got 485 and I feel they are too small. I am petite (5'6 115lbs) so I was told the implants would look much bigger on me. I had chosen 550 but my PS could only fit 485. I measure at a 32F/34E/DDD. Honestly I don't feel they are that big. I am so disappointed because I spent over 6k and still don't have my dream boobs. So I am planning to go bigger within the next 2-3 mo. I am looking at least 700UHP maybe 800 if I can fit it. What is your BWD? Have you set a sx date ? I have chosen local because I don't want to go under GA again. The price is much cheaper with local also. Please keep us updated and I will be following your journey. Good luck!

I know right! I've invested so much time and money on this procedure, like at least I want to be happy with them. I'm not sure what my BWD is for my surgeon did not measure me at all to determine what size implants can fit. I'm sure it's average or smaller since I am very petite. I'm still waiting for them to "fluff" because it's supposed to make them bigger so I have not scheduled a revision date. I still don't think they will be as big as I want. If I were you, I would choose 800cc instead of 700. When I get a revision, I definitely would pick the largest size so that I don't have anymore regrets and wish I had gone larger.

I'm in the same situation as you are right now. I'm 700cc under the muscle and I hate it. I'm looking at 800cc HP to 1200cc. We show doctors images of what we like to have but in the end we don't get them. Nothing against the doctors, as I'm sure we do our homework well, but I think in the end its our body's and if we like to have a busty figure, then give it to us.

I totally understand how you feel about wanting to achieve a "busty figure." It's like when I see other people's results with the same size of implants with similar stats I feel like I would look the same way but end up disappointed. Have you found a doctor that specializes on large implants to operate on you?

Thank you for getting back to me. I've seen a few doctors and they don't want to go past 800cc. I said to them if I'm 700cc right now and they don't look the way I want them, why are you seeking me to go 800cc? I said I want to go around 1200cc but they don't do operations this high. My husband offered them more money to do the work but we are findings doctors in Vancouver, bc don't know what they are doing. We are thinking about going to the States for them if we can't find a doctor here. Any suggestions?

Right, and they also say you have go for at least 200cc higher to notice a difference so I can see why you are going for 1200cc to achieve your desired look. I think you're in the right track of considering going to the states for your surgery since you can't find a doctor willing to do it in Vancouver. My surgeon has overfilled saline to 1000s to give the desired look to patients and there are other surgeons here that is willing to do the procedure. Just make sure you do a lot of research, validate that they are board certified, and go to several consultations.

Hey I heard of a woman on this site who got 1900cc from a doctor in San Diego you should look into it ☺️

Could I ask this ? do you have a wide chest ? because they should look bigger than that I think ?!

I agree! I also thought they would be a lot bigger since I've seen many women who started with little tissue and chose this size achieve fuller results. I'm also short in stature so I thought it would look huge on me. I don't think I have a wide chest but I did work out a lot at the gym and did a lot of upper body which built up my chest and shoulders. I imagine this made the implants look smaller compared to if I never worked out and had no muscles at all.

Thank you for the reply... I don't know why my last comment was removed. Please keep everyone posted with how your making out since there is a lot of people who are looking at you as our new mentor to go bigger.... I have to meet with the doctor on the 24th of Aug, so I hope it goes well. I'm starting to think I should go 1000cc to 1200cc over the muscle High Profle now. I'm not sure if you shared this or not, but did you go over or under the muscle?

You're very welcome! I will be keeping up with the updates for sure. When I was researching to go bigger, I did not find many reviews on larger implants, so I want to make sure that I contribute and help those who are considering a revision through my posts. Did you find a local doctor or someone in the states? Wishing you the best outcome, I'm sure everything will go wonderfully!! I chose to go under the muscle btw. :)

Honestly my d&f wasn’t completely finished until almost 7 months although I had a BL/BA. I am an H cup w/500cc and I had 14.2 BWD (I think?). Maybe give it a few more months unless you know for sure you’re wanting extremely larger breasts than I understand your need for a revision/exchange. Please just make sure your PS is board certified and specializes in large implants. Good luck with your decision! Keep us posted. ❤️

Looks like you had a good amount of tissue to begin with. H cup post-op sounds huge. Are you happy with your size after the d & f? Good point, I also thought about waiting a couple months but doing it sooner is working out better with my school schedule, plus I really don't think they will get that much bigger. At first, I was going for a proportionate look, but now I want a set that's "big" for my frame. I've seen other women close to my stats handle 600cc-800cc and they looked great so I'm hoping mine will turn out. I wear a 32F right now and it sounds so much bigger than it actually looks.

I was given a range up to 600cc but my hubby and I thought the sizers just looked too obnoxious on under my shirt. I’m happy with my decision plus I had ALOT of healing issues w/my 500cc BL/BA so I couldn’t imagine what my body would of did healing w/600s. Honestly H cup sounds huge but I don’t feel like it’s that big and in your face?! However my husband says otherwise and reminds me that my cup of my bra fits on my head haha LOL. Just consider being small and the weight of the implants on yr body. At night I have to shove pillows between my breasts to support the weight and the weird feeling of them shifting as I am a side sleeper. Mine are under the muscle and everyone is different and how they feel for each person. I also have back problems so I try to keep in mind my posture and always keep my boobies supported as best as possible. I think your breasts are pretty obvious for your small frame but if you are truly unhappy I would suggest to get your revision. I would schedule that as soon as you can to work best with your schedule to get the proper rest/recovery. I originally was sized at a DDD at VS right at 12 weeks now whether they sized me right or I wasn’t completed d&f idk, then I went to an F cup and ended at an H cup @ 7 months? I hope this has helped you out a bit. If you have any questions let me know. I’m happy to follow your journey-good luck dear! ❤️❤️

Red Rash

User Avatar
Hentiii20
Around 8 weeks post-op, I started developing rash around my right incision. It turns out I was allergic to the silicone gel used for scars and my doctor advised me to stop using it. She prescribed an anti-fungal cream which I used 3 times a day for about 2 weeks. The cream helped some but it did not make them go away completely. The rashes are rough textured which I did not like. I started looking into natural remedies and discovered apple sided vinegar and honey for treatment. I've only used them for one day and I'm already seeing awesome results! The texture of the rash has also improved. I'm going to continue using the homemade remedies and keep you guys updated on how they're working.
