I have wanted my lip changed all my life and this procedure did it. It was not very expensive or traumatic and the healing process is very quick. The facility is beautiful and the staff are wonderful.

it looks great!!! you remind me of my mother in the first picture-- it might be the school picture day-esque photo though hehe. in the last photo, you remind me of a younger version of my mother ;) PERFECT results!!! (also my mother is a beautiful human or "old"; i hope you don't take this the wrong way LOL!)

LOL, I thought that is what you meant. The before picture was taken by a professional for work, so it was highly posed. The rest are clearly selfies - I'll have to post something better quality soon.

i didn't mean anything negative by the school photo comment :) the blue background just reminded me of it so much haha. and your pictures are fine! i don't think they're poor quality by any means. again- you look awesome!

You look wonderful! My mouth/lips look similar to yours. I am having a lip lift on January 18. I'm so nervous, but I've complained about my upper lip all my adult life! I used to call it my muzzle.... or a Homer Simpson mouth. Your review has helped calmed me. One question I've asked others too: Can you close your lips together? My PS says he is going to be conservative and I'm fine with that - looks like about 5mm for me, but he doesn't so much measure but take into consideration the mouth structure, etc. Anyway - how is it going now? thanks for your review!

Yes, I can definitely close my lips together easily. Mine wanted to be conservative as well and took about 5 mm. It is healing well. The internal stitches are breaking up and dissolving so it feels a little bumpy, but this is normal. I will go back in a few weeks and try some fillers on the bottom lip. Eventually I may go for a surgical procedure on the lower lip as well!

Thanks for the reply! That’s great to know. If you do fillet in your lower lip, will you post? My PS mentioned it but we’ll see.

You are on point with the lip lift results. It is just the best feeling having a shorter philtrum and juicy lips.
Like you said, it’s not a very expensive surgery or painful. It does require a week or so of downtime, but, SO WORTH IT!! Lookin’ good!!!

Thank you for your review & the pics! Your results look great! Are you still going with the filler post op? I'm 1 year out and very happy with my outcome, but did add some filler in the top lip since my lip is still rather small compared to my bottom lip.
