After an in-depth consultation, I gave consideration to having the Potenza microneedling procedure done.

The day of the procedure I arrived an hour early to have a facial numbing cream applied.

All the office staff are caring and professional. The procedure room is comfortable and relaxing and I felt very safe and well taken care of.

My first procedure was about 45 minutes long and very tolerable. I was frequently asked how I was doing and if I needed a break. Truly, all was fine and I had no reason to have them stop.

My second procedure was about six weeks later. Again I had the numbing cream applied and after a forty five minute wait time I was brought into the procedure room for my treatment. This time my treatment was somewhat uncomfortable and a few times we did take a quick break for me to relax for a minute. I was asked if I needed the procedure to end, but as uncomfortable as it was at times, it was still tolerable and YES I will do it again!

Have I noticed a difference in what I hoped could be corrected? YES again! It is well worth it!
