Post Bariatric- Lower Body Lift W/Dr Salvador Medina Sanchez
Let me just start by saying, I interviewed more than 8 plastic surgeons in the USA. I found quickly, that most plastic surgeons did not have much experience with post-bariatric body sculpting. All of them suggested I do only a tummy tuck. After speaking with Dr. Medina, he suggested that I do a full lower body lift. This included a tummy tuck w/muscle repair, pubic lift, outer thigh lift, butt lift and lower back lift. I was so nervous about the pain level and the scaring. To my surprise, the discomfort felt more like I did a lot of situps and due to the skill level of Dr. Medina, I had zero pain on the incisions. They were pretty much numb for the first week. His incisions are very clean and precise and I'm so glad I listed to him and went all the way around. I get so many compliments on my shape and I'm going back to him in a month for lipo and BBL since my iron was too low to combine with the LBL. Dr. Medina is board certified and the hospital was immaculate. I'm so happy with his work, beside manner and anesthesiologist. Great team and totally worth it!! I would not trust ANYONE else in MX with this procedure.
