I have a consultation scheduled on March 29th, 2018 for a tummy tuck with muscle repair and a breast augmentation. I'm currently a 32AA, ~140lbs, waist ~32 inches, abdomen ~36 inches. The decision on implant type and size won't be made until after my consultation but I'm leaning toward around 400cc high profile silicone. I'll be posting some wish and before pics here soon.

Here are some wish boobs along with size comparisons from my consultation. I'm leaning toward 375cc. 445 felt too big and 310 was too small.
Dr. Gorin and the staff were so amazing. With no hesitation, I paid the deposit and scheduled my surgery for December.
My goal is to lose about 10lbs before then - time to get serious!!

Hi there!!! You look beautiful!!! May I ask what size you ended up going for our implants? And how tall are you? My surgery is scheduled for 4/30 and I am still trying to figure out size...fluctuating between 400-450 CC. Would love our input...

Thank you! I'm 5'3. I was considering the same size range that you are, and ended up with 360cc. Ultimately, I had to just trust my PS to give me the best-looking result. Because I really wasn't starting with much tissue he couldn't go any bigger. I might return in a few years after my skin has stretched and swap out for bigger implants.
I suggest giving your doctor that 400-450 cc range and share your top priorities with them. Is it size? Shape? That will guide their decisions in the operating room.

Two Months Out - New Pics

Current stats:
- Height: 5'3
- Weight: 130lbs
- Bra: 32AA-32A
- Bust: 31"
- Waist: 30"
This is starting to feel more real with only two months left. I had a goal of losing 10lbs before surgery, which I hit due to a shitty past couple of months. It started great - I tried intermittent fasting and lost a few pounds. Next, I fell sick and couldn't eat for a few days. Then my ex-husband died in an accident and I lost even more because I couldn't eat for weeks... not really the path I envisioned.
Anyway, here are some updated pics. I'm really looking forward to balancing my figure out with new boobs! My two biggest worries at this point are going too large with my implant size and having a weird slit belly button.
The sizers pictured here are 300 and 360cc. As of today, I'm still thinking ~375.
