An implant removal outcome can be more uncertain...

Mela Kayt
WORTH IT$1,000
An implant removal outcome can be more uncertain and the process more complicated than the initial insertion. Four years of right facial pain made the removal decision the only potential cause/remedy left after bouncing thru multiple specialists. (dentists & dental specialists, ENT's, facial surgeons, etc.) The removal was well worth doing. My chin appearance is fine, my multiple symptoms disappearing, and I have my health back.

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion about your doctor.
I would love to add your experience to the Chin Implant community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with your procedure/treatment. I suggest adding before and after photos - optional of course, so that other community members can use your review as a guide throughout their journey.

Hello did your chin go back to original shape?

I would love to know if you had any issues with your chin going back to the way it was...
I need mine removed after a year and I am so worried it will look like a bag of mush

I had the smallest chin implant available. I was assured by the doctor that removed it that I would look much like I did pre-implant. That is the result I had. The doctor who initially put it in warned me I would need fat transfers and would have sagging jowls. That didn't happen. My chin eventually within a year looked like its former self pre-implant. I'm not sure that would be true if someone had a very significant alteration in size of implant vs. existing chin.

Hi, i removed my chin implant 6months ago, my implant was small size too but it had wings, the extended anatomical type, can i ask what type was yours? I am so happy to hear that your chin return to pre operation shape and size. did your chin keep on improving 6months after removal? Does your chin feel squashy? I would love to hear some more detail. Since its been 6months from my removal and my chin is wider and longer than before and feels squashy
