Hey all... So, I just want to share my experience ...

Hey all... So, I just want to share my experience with BR recently made.
My breasts began to grow when I was 8 years old. Today I am 25, have no children, 140 pounds, 5'2.
My breasts was 36DD and super fallen, making feel lots of pain and also a extremely lack of self-esteem!
I always felt horrible back pain, shoulder and neck, did several treatments, but never any helped ease the pain. Then finally in January this year I started the process for breast reduction.
Documentations were sent to the insurance, after one month I received the answer, saying that it had been approved and that they would cover 90% of the costs and I would be responsible for 10% + $500 ded. Great, let's do it!

February 29 surgery happened, my plastic surgeon and his team did a wonderful job, the procedure took about 3hs. 1 pound each breast were removed (420 grams), went home at the same day, after waking from anesthesia. Did not take any antibiotics, no drain... I only toke the pain medication for the first 3 days, then I changed to Iboprofen, kept moving my arms, walking slowly around the house, bathing usually (slow)... Which was wonderful not to be "dependent" of others!
My procedure was not the famous inverted "T", was only an "I" and around the nipples.
And since from the first day of the surgery, I keep having sensitivity in the nipples!

Today I am on the 8th post-op, already driving, doing minor things, no heavy lifting and no heavy housework, all very moderate and done carefully! Had already couple Mojitos yesterday celebrating my husband Bthday, no sex yet (my doctor said to feel safe, only after 4 weeks), no workout for at least 4 weeks, which is fine for me... I mean, life slowly getting back to normal!
Of course, I'm still a little swollen, a little sore, still taking Iboprofen, am careful always to everything be all right, after all, It's my health!
Of course, the breasts still are adjusting the way it has to be, of course the breasts usually unswollen in different ways, I feel sometimes one more swollen than the other, less swollen than the other, will take couple weeks to settle down... Anyways, but it is normal, after all, this is a kind of process that requires time, patience and "gravity!" :)

It's tiring? IT IS! It is stressful? IT IS! It is slow? Vey Much! But I believe that even being an extremely slow process, we know very well how difficult it is to have large breasts, and we know the pain we feel to carry it... So, all the effort is worth it, in my opinion!

So that's my story, I hope it all works out for you all!
