Deciding on Implants & consultation info!

I thought I'd make a post about how my doctor & I decided on the type of implant & go a little more in depth about my consultations. I'll start with my stats. Im 5'5, 132lbs, starting with a 34A cup, 13.5-14 bwd, little breast tissue & some stretch from having kids..I don't have an ideal cup size in mind that I want to be, just an ideal look i want to achieve. The look i want is full, round, with cleavage & side boob, minimal gap, not too much projection, large size but not an overly augmented look. I was originally interested the anatomical shaped implants but neither 3 of the doctors I saw recommended those for augmentation. This, also with my desired look is how I decided on a round silicone mod+ implant. The 1st doctor used Vectra imaging to show me what they would look like, I HIGHLY suggest when doing consultations (do at least 3!) find a doc that uses this technology even if you don't end up getting your BA from them you still get the benefit of the imaging & precise measurements/additional info. He suggested a around 500cc's since I have the width to handle the implant. My 2nd consult left me confused because his opinion & the 1st doctors were so much different. His suggestion was an extra firm round gummy implant, HP, 350cc's. I was confused for a few days & then decided against the 2nd opinion, I was afraid I would end up with a narrow base implant = gap between implants, & an overly firm coconut look. 350cc's especially in a HP would not fill out my bwd. I want soft, bouncy, full breast. I had to do my 3rd consultation hoping it would bring some clarity! My 3rd consultation was with Dr.Gorin who I ended up choosing for my BA, so I am glad I went to 3 consultations, although I do feel the 1st doctor would've given me great results, his revision policy wasn't as good as Gorin's. Dr.Gorin also suggested a Natrelle Silicone Soft Touch Mod+ profile around 375cc's. 2 of the 3 doctors suggested a softer implant since I don't have the natural breast tissue to give the implant softness, the 2nd doctors thoughts on this were a firmer implant to avoid visible rippling since I don't have tissue to conceal the implant. I'm 99% sure I'm going with a larger implant than 375cc's. I'm aiming for a size between the 1st & 3rd recommendations, probably around 425-450cc's. I want to make sure they are full & I do NOT want to wish I had gone larger, which is what I have heard from sooo many women with implants! I will upload some before pics & my wish pics soon! XO

Around the age of 27 i started to want boobs, this...

Around the age of 27 i started to want boobs, this was strange to me because my small breast size never bothered me & was never an insecurity of mine. So i decided if in a year or 2 if i still wanted them then i would consider it. Finally at 30 i decided, [RS bleep] it im going to do it! I know a lot of girls with breast implants so i chose 3 doctors to do consultations, Dr.Bohley, Dr.Workman in Vancouver & Dr.Gorin, i know 2 girls who have gotten BA's by each doc. After my 3rd consultation I decided on Dr.Gorin. Simply because he had the best before & after portfolio with the most photos (40 pics, while one of the other doctors only had 4) he also has the best revision policy with free revisions for 1 year, if you want size change you pay for the implants only. During the consultation we decided around 375cc's, moderate plus round silicone under the muscle implants (he uses Natrelle implants) with an under boob incision (can't remember what its called) The 1st week of April I put down 10% & scheduled my pre-op & surgery date. My pre-op is the 24th & my BA is May 11th, 3 days after my 31st birthday:) I already had a trip planned for Vegas the 26th-28th so I scheduled my BA around that. A vacation is obviously not necessary before surgery but since it was already planned Iam excited to be able to party & blow off some steam before getting my new boobs:) Its April 15th, i only owe $1,800 as of right now Im excited to have it all paid & be one step closer:) Ill update after my pre-op! Impatiently waiting for now! Xo
