Congrats on your new additions :-) You look great!!
Thank you!
Your results look great! I recently had a consult with Dr Gorin and I was impressed. Did you get round or anatomical?
I went with round, dr. Gorin went over the specifics on both, and his recommendation was the same as the other surgeons I had consults with: that a round implant with develop a tear drop shape too in the pocket, and will not cause problems if it rotates. I can't see the edges of the implant at all on the upper pole, just near my sternum because of my thin chest wall. Hope that helps!! Good luck!
You look fantastic! Do you have any recent pics?

I was always dissatisfied with feeling like a 12...

I was always dissatisfied with feeling like a 12 year old, and finally decided to gift myself with breast implants. I am quite particular and was concerned with finding the best surgeon in my area. I did lots of research, and it kept coming back to Dr. Gorin. I met with other surgeons, and although they were very nice and seemed to know what they were talking about, Dr. Gorin was in a different category. He asked for my opinion, while still helping me understand what would need to be done to achieve my idea outcome. I was really concerned that I would get pushed into going too big and end up looking like pamela anderson, and I was going for a more natural look. Dr. Gorin encouraged me not to go too small, and I'm so glad I listened. I ended up going with one size bigger than I had initially anticipated, and it's perfect. I also have a history of breast cancer in my family and Dr. Gorin went over all the things I'd need to know about future testing for breast issues. He is very personable and keeps patients very informed. He really is the best.

Congratulations! You look great in your pictures...thank you for sharing! I'm glad you still were able to get your breast implants despite the history of breast cancer. I have actually heard that women with implants are very diligent about preventative breast care!

What style and how many CC's did you end up choosing?
Ugh. Just re-read the posting title and another comment and found my answers. :-P You look great! I had a consultation with Dr. Gorin, too and am pretty sure I will go with him myself.
I'm thinking of seeing Dr Gorin and am most concerned with scarring. What type of incision did Dr Gorin use on you? You look fantastic!
Wow! You look amazing and natural. My surgery is March 9th and I also chose 304cc Silicone under the muscle. Thanks for sharing your journey!
