You look great! Im having my implants removed in 2days and im getting a lil nervous but seeing such amazing results on this site definitely helps put me at ease! :)

Best of luck to you. This site helped calm my nerves. It feels so good to be natural again. Still recovering but everytime i catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror I smile! Hope you are as happy as I am when they are gone!

Thank you :) I hope your recovery continues to go smoothly for you! I can't wait to be implant free! :)

Wow you look fabulous I also am having my 30 year implants removed next week and seeing your results makes me less nervous about the outcome. I am hoping the discomfort will not be too bad, did they remove in the under breast crease. You look great happy healing

Thank you. Yes, removed under the breast crease. They were behind the muscle. I opted not to remove the capsule. Procedure and healing not so bad. Discomfort is nothing in comparison to when they were put in. Best of luck with your procedure!!

Congratulations! Isnt it wonderful? Dr . Diehl was the only Dr that didnt try to sell me a lift or smaller implants and i am thankful every day to have my natural body back. You truly look incredible.

I'm so thrilled for you! You look beautiful! I just turned 40 and I want my implants removed! I'm at the consultation stage and hoping to find a great PS that will remove them for me. I'm very anxious and worried of the outcome...I first PS I saw didn't give me much hope... Said I wouldn't like how I looked without the implants :( She wanted to remove them , do lift and replace with smaller ones. I just want them removed and hoping and praying I don't need a lift and that I prove her wrong with my beautiful small boobies I will have back after I get this load off my chest! I will let you know how I get on. You have inspired me so much! God bless

If you want them gone then that is exactly what you should do. If you are unhappy you can always do a lift or get smaller implants. my breasts are far from perfect and were nicer before I got my implants but I love being natural and imperfect. I feel so much better. Some people love their implants...i never did. Go with your gut and don't let anyone try to sway you. Best of luck..hope you find peace with yourself!

Happy for you. I'm thinking about it too. May I ask the name of the dr that did the first ones. Not to discourage you by any means but as far as the symmetry, placement and no scars or contracture, the dr seems to have done an excellent job. Except of course for the most important part, that you didn't want them that big. I feel the same way with me. I used the word "conservative." I wanted a little more but my 350 ccs in a size 34a-b chest just makes me feel too self conscious. I can't carry that off. I told the dr I am very conservative and prefer to be more subtle. So I fully understand wanting to go back to what you had before.

I forgot to add, the reason why is because I will probably get an implant again. It will be saline again. And maybe under the muscle. Yours seem to have been under the muscle because you retained a good shape. Were they completely under the muscle? You can tell when you weight lift if only that top of the implant is under the muscle vs the WHOLE implant covered by the muscle because it forces the implant and contorts it during exertion.
January 24, 2015
The doc that did the was Dr. Barek in Great Neck, NY...he did a great job..the scars were good too, just too big and not right for me. They were under muscle completely I believe but did contort when i worked out. Good luck whatever you decide.

Beautiful, natural breasts! Thank you immensely for paying it forward and sharing your experience. What has been the most difficult part of this recovery for you?

January 28, 2015
Recovery has not been difficult at all. Sore for the first couple of days. I was unable to rest much due to having 2 young children and am still doing well. I think the hardest part is yet to come..facing the world and all the questions that come with it. But that is all part of the journey of self acceptance!

Day 3 post explant and feeling happy!

jdoh
Loving my outcome so far...nervous about going back into the real world because there is an obvious difference. I just keep reminding myself that worrying about what other people think is part of what got me into this mess to begin with. Will continue to post progress....
