The office is a clean and very calming place . The office staff is professional and caring. Dr Diehl takes his time and , explains everything you need to know. I have complete confidence in Dr. Diehl.
After a terrible fall and nasal fractures, I came to Dr. Diehl to see if my nose could be repaired. I am so happy and thrilled how it came out. I can' t thank him enough for helping me. I will let my photos speak for themselves. A before, during, and 36 hours post op photos below. This is my 3rd time using Dr. DIEHL for plastic surgery. A few years back after 3 kids and losing 100 pounds he also performed a breast augmentation and full tummy tuck on me. I am 100% satisfied with all of his work. Updated on 9 Aug 2015: Updated on 18 Aug 2015: Doing great 3 weeks post op! Updated on 19 Aug 2015: Updated on 5 Sep 2015: My nose is coming along nicely. The only lingering problem is the black eyes. It is nothing that a little cover up can't help. Will update again when the brusing is totally gone.
I am a very proud patient of Dr. Gregory Diehl ! I have 100% trusted in him, his opinion and his work! I couldn't have been happier with the result! From my first consultation and beyond, Dr. Diehl was thorough in his explanations of the procedure and in answering all my questions. He is straightforward, kind, and has a sense of humor that I appreciated as I was nervous about the procedure. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and made sure all the pre-screening health concerns were addressed and/or ruled out, which gave me peace of mind. His staff was patient with all my questions and even with talking through all my concerns. It didn't matter how many times I called. The entire staff from nurses to coordinators were very upbeat and happy and supportive. Even Dr. Diehl, during follow up visits, seemed so genuinely happy for me and the results, it made me feel like I made the best decision to go through with my surgery. Basically, it came down to having the utmost confidence in Dr. Diehl and that he was the right surgeon for me. He was spot on about the ease of recovery that I have had these past few weeks. I credit that to his skill and experience with this TT procedure. Dr. Gregory Diehl is a phenominal physician! He has a great bedside mannor and he truly cares, you can feel it! I thank Dr. Diehl and his staff (who are all incredible) for everything!!!
I used to have ample breasts when I was younger. After two pregnancies and nursing my children, I had lost volume in my breasts. I no longer felt confident in a bikini and there wasn't much to 'push up' in a bra anymore. Four months after finishing nursing my 2nd child, I decided I would make an appointment for a consultation. I chose my surgeon, Dr. Diehl, because I knew one of his previous patients and her breast augmentation results were amazing. Here I thought I was going in for a consultation and the experience was such a positive one that I scheduled surgery only two weeks later! This was the best decision I could make for myself. The surgery and recovery hasn't been bad at all and I LOVE my new breasts! Although I'm only 7 weeks post op, they are looking and feeling amazing. They look very natural and fit my frame perfectly. I feel like the younger version of myself all over again. I've gained confidence and feel so happy about my new body. I'm 5'6" 115 lbs. and I have 375cc, high profile, Mentor cohesive gel implants placed under the muscle.
It's a little too soon tell, but my TT scar looks so much better. Still have swelling in all areas. Have to wait and see.... I highly recommend Dr. Diehl as a Plastic Surgeon. I thought I was never going to find right Surgeon to help me. He is caring and so easy to talk to. I searched high and low and he is the man to make dreams come true. His staff makes you feel you are at home. Updated on 19 Mar 2015: After having scar revision I was bruised and sore. I am still swollen. But am feeling better. Just started exercising, only cardio exercises. Have no patience and hope to deflate real soon.
I am writing this review to pay it forward. This site was an invaluable tool in helping me make this decision more comfortably. Being able to see real before and after pics helped give me a realistic idea of what my outcome could be. Overall, I had no real problems with my implants. They just never felt right. The plastic surgeon went larger than ee had discussed and i always felt they were just too big. They also didn't feel like breasts. After 2 pregnancies, breastfeeding and gaining some weight they got even larger. They always felt in the way of daily life and exercise. For years I contemplated removing them and decided at 40 it was time. I am so happy to be me again. Updated on 24 Jan 2015: Loving my outcome so far...nervous about going back into the real world because there is an obvious difference. I just keep reminding myself that worrying about what other people think is part of what got me into this mess to begin with. Will continue to post progress.... Updated on 24 Jan 2015: Updated on 29 Jan 2015: Nice to feel like myself again.
I decided to have it done with Dr. Gregory Diehl of Diehl Plastic Surgery Center 11 Medical Dr., Suite B Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776 631-476-7300 He was the second Doctor I had a consultation with, the first Doc was great but the procedure he described would have left me with some scars I was not ready to deal with. Doctor Diehl was different, Instead of telling me what I needed done he listened to my concerns and made me feel very much at ease. His manners are awesome and his entire staff are just awesome. The second thing I liked about his practice is they do the procedure in house, I did not want to go to a separate location to get the work done, I think it was all my head but I felt better that it was a one stop shop. I am really apprehensive about posting pics but if it will help someone else then I guess I have to, seeing pics of others helped me so I can now pay it forward. The before photos are from the day of the surgery and the afters are from the day day after the procedure. At first I was a bit bummed because I have had them for so long that they looked like they were still there however after viewing them next to the before pics I could see I was wrong. I hope to get the rest off by working out and I will try to update my pics as I can. Updated on 27 Sep 2014: I am having the weirdest sensation and the only way I can explain it is that it feels like someone put your chest in a vice and tickled the tip with a feather lol. I get like a phantom feeling when nothing is touching it, anyone else experience that? here is what the bruising looked like 2 days after the procedure. Updated on 27 Sep 2014: here is the bruising pic
Having my breasts done was something I thought about since my 20's. I chose to wait until after having my children. I booked several consultations but the first dr I met was Dr. Diehl. On my way home I called and booked the surgery. Him and his staff are remarkable. Reviewing the before and after of his other patients was amazing. If you are seriously considering taking this step Dr. Diehl is the one you want.
If you are planning on getting a breast augmentation Dr. Diehl is the way to go! He is a fantastic surgeon and truly cares about his patients. His staff and nurses are excellent. I was very impressed with how pleasant, courteous, and respectful everyone in his office was. Dr. Diehl and his staff was very informative and kind from the consultation to the recovery process. My procedure went great and my results are perfect! You must chose Dr. Diehl if you are considering any type of plastic surgery. He is simply the best.
My motivation was base on how I do value my physical appearance and work hard to maintain my self mentally, physically and spiritually. Also, my condition was genetic for fatty deposits under the eyes come from my fathers side of the family. No matter how good the rest of my skin looked and how much sleep I had, nothing would of fixed this problem. Not an eye cream on the market or and gimmick that saps you of your money!!
The bags always look worse when looking up, and the pictures are hard to discern. The only thing against the transconjunctival bleph is taking too much fat and making the area hollow. If done conservatively it should be a good move. I had mine done and I can say it was the best thing for me.
The lower eyelids are being pulled down too far. Be sure to tape them and protect your corneas with lubricant. A lateral canthopexy/plasty will likely be needed to correct this. A temporary canthoplasty may be effective. You will need to see an oculoplastic specialist.
The swelling will improve and the eyelid will definitely come down further as it does. Be sure that you protect your eye from drying and avoid corneal exposure. Ask your PS for protective eye drops and use a lubricant (lacrilube) for night time.
You have it right. A little Botox on the left will bring it down. You might want to do both sides (across the forehead) to keep your forehead wrinkles in check. Best of luck!
These procedures can easily be combined. You should not drive home after surgery, however. Stay a night or two in the town where your surgery is done for your comfort and to avoid circulation stasis which could lead to vein thrombosis.
