How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Wonky slanted teeth
"We did all you asked us to do. Don't call the practice again. Of course your mouth looks different when you talk, your teeth are white and glamorous now"....
So they aren't flat. Yes that's in my head. So the two front teeth aren't slanted and flatter and shorter to the right? Ah yes, it's all in my head!

They did everything I asked...
I was reassured by the practice manager they would review the veneers as they want me to be happy. I had an appointment booked that she kindly brought forward so I could get this addressed sooner.
Early evening I recieved a call from the dentist telling me to stop calling the practice and talking to his receptionists, as they don't know the full story. He said they did everything I had asked (they refused to lengthen my front teeth and I mentioned I didn't want a flat look, yet this was ignored). He told me I can only message him if there are any issues and that he wasn't going to argue about the aesthetics over the phone.
Two days later at work I had a nervous breakdown and I cancelled my appointment. I know the teeth still dont look right for my face, but he's the expert right? I'm just the crazy patient....

Because I feel someone needs to voice the other side of cosmetic dentistry, there are some of us who end up in a situation where we know something isn't quite right, yet the people who's skill set isn't quite there, because an ego is bruised, blame the patient and tell them to get on with life and that the new flat and short teeth really suit you...
