I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company after purchasing a dental product from their website in March. Despite their claim that products would be delivered within one week, I was left waiting for over two weeks with no delivery in sight. Worse still, they completely stopped responding to my emails and switched to communicating via WhatsApp, which only added to the unprofessionalism.

After getting no resolution, I had to file a chargeback with my bank, which, thankfully, was fulfilled—but not until two months later. During this time, I also had to escalate the matter to the German authorities through the UK International Consumer Centre due to the company's shady business practices. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly recommend contacting the UK International Consumer Centre as they can liaise with the German authorities on your behalf.

In the end, I did receive a full refund, but the stress, time, and effort it took to get my £200 back were absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.
