Well its been 5 weeks and I feel ok. I workout everyday. I do more ab workouts than anything. I am happy with my flanks but still have that belly buldge. Hopefully by month 3 it will go down. I am hoping it's just swelling and not left over fat. I keep telling myself things will look better by month 3. Can you still be swell and not feel like it?

So today makes two weeks. I am feeling much better and can't wait till June when I'll finally start seeing some results. I have some lumps here and there nothing to crazy. I can't wait till I can do a full crunch or sit up w/o any pain. My Dr. Told me he took 8lb of fat out or 5. I can't remember. Sometimes I think my stomach shrunk b/c I really don't have an appetite like that anymore. I get full really fast when eatting. Happy Healing ppl.

I am still swelled (over course). My stomach is very tender. I still have to watch how I bend because it hurts sometimes. My bowels are slowly coming back to normal. I wear my waist trainer about 8 hrs a day or as tolerated to help with the compression and to give me some type of form. I just ordered a new waist trainer the. The old one is not that tight anymore. I have very little lumps and bumps. I wonder if its because I massage my belly every morning with the arnica cream. I won't say if the procedure was worth it or not until my 2 to 3 month update. I also walk on the treadmill for about 30 min a day at a slow pace just to stay active.
