When to start massages?

How long after surgery should you start massages? I just started massaging myself a bit, but would like to do lymphatic or endermologie soon, to get the best results. Any idea on when we can start that? I'm 10 days post op. And my incisions are healed (and so itchy!).

Having my procedure Friday and getting nervous. I had breast aug, and lift before and that wasn't too terrible. From reading everyone's experiences it sounds like this recovery will be worse. Scheduled to be back to work 6 days after (hairstylist), but not so sure now. Any tips before, would be appreciated! I was wondering if cutting your salt before would help with your swelling as well. Just a thought? Anything I should get to have after? Excited yet scared.
