If you would like a sincere, down to earth, to the point, OCD, caring and extremely knowledgeable surgeon than Dr. Taranow is the plastic surgeon for you! After reviewing 5 surgeons on Long Island for the explant of my 30 year old implants I decided to interview Dr. Taranow. Not only did he listen to my concerns but he in a matter of fact explained and showed me what I could expect. I also had a tummy tuck done at the same time of which I am truly amazed by my results as well as my experience under Dr.Taranow’s care. I highly recommend not only him but his entire staff as well. i have 31-year old, ruptured implants. I live in South Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia. Dr. Taranow sounds like he might be worth the trip. Did he do an en bloc explant for you? Did you have new implants put in or did you have a lift after removal? I'm concerned about looking very saggy and disfigured after all these years of having implants. Thanks so much for your help and guidance.

You might want to try Dr. Buinewicz as he is highly recommended on a couple of Facebook forums called Breast Implant Removal Support and also Northeast Breasties. He has 2 offices in Doylestown, PA & Flemington, NJ. He does a lot of EnBloc procedures.
