WORTH IT
I would like to share my experience after a procedure performed by Dr. Mustoe.
Exactly 1 month ago he did my full face lift, hips/chin liposuction, lips/low eye lids fat drafting, laser treatment to my upper eye lids and laser treatment for many brown spots on my face /hands.
Surgery lasted (exactly as promised by Dr.Mustoe) only 3 hours . It is almost twice less then other plastic surgeons told me on pre-op consultations. I was sleepy that day but fully functional. Pain very very mild but took 3 Narco just in case.
When the morning after surgery I removing the dressing from my face I was relieved and excited. My face was swollen but all features fully recognizable, there were also some bruises. The pain was subsiding so I took only 2 Narco pills. I was back to normal functioning on day 3. I was driving, went grocery shopping, walked my dog, did some house chores etc. Took only 1/2 Narco pill before going to sleep. I was back to work one week after Dr. Mustoe skillful work. There were still some puffiness and fading bruises, but very easy coverable with makeup. I was back to gim on week 2 and did mild cardio and weight lifting, yoga after week 3. Today is 4 weeks and I am enjoying tremendously my younger and beatified face. No more looking in mirror at the drooping skin and gloomy facial expression. The beauty of Dr. Mustoe work is that almost no one can tell there was procedure done - I just look younger but I don't look "pooled", "face lifted" or "done'.
People complement my improvement and stunned that I had the procedure - a full face lift - just 3 weeks ago.
I credit the result to Dr. Mustoe's skills and experience. I knew he was the best and was highly recommended when I was making my choice. The results, though, exceeded even my expectations. You may think i am young and healthy, why have such a good recovery. Unfortunately not, I am 61 and I do have health issues. This is I needed clearance from my physician and anesthesiologist.
In personal communications Dr. Mustoe has been very nice, soft spoken, patiently answered all questions, honest and never made empty promises. I felt that he really cared for me as his patient. After the surgery he gave me his cell and home phone to call if there was a need. Bet not many doctors do that.
I am very happy with my experience and the final result!
