I absolutely am so happy with my breasts! I was confident with my body, I originally was a 34 , but I wanted to have a better figure I was so flat chested, nothing really looked good on me, and I have always wanted boobs, so why not get them now while I'm young! I am now a size 34 D. (425cc High profile) Dr. Altman made my incision thru my nipple under the muscle. My surgery was 30 mins long. As soon as the anesthesia wore off my mother and I went food shopping.. I was totally fine to walk around. Only thing I couldn't do was, open and close doors, push myself up, adjusted myself sitting and wear a seat belt. Everything went so smoothly I highly recommend PSI Miami and Dr. Altman. He has been on the field for many years and is very professional.

Do you remember what your breast width diameter was before surgery? Our stats are almost identical and my BWD is 12 cm, I'm looking at mentor 425 cc high profile too :)

Hi! Who was your patient coordinator? I really like Dr. Altman but am second guessing going to him because of the lack urgency in the responses from one of the Patient Coordinators.

Hey! I spoke to Millie. They are very busy in the office. But once you are physically there. You are treated like a patient. I highly recommend the office. I would just keep trying! They like to get to the point with things. I just sent a an email to Millie with photos.. and then Altman called me within hours and then I made my appt.

Great results. Good for you! Did the $4500 cover everything? It seems low, but if it accurate maybe I need to take a trip to Miami - after the hurricane, of course. Stay safe.

I'm originally from Boston, where I have been quoted $8k-$12k for implants. Yes Miami is very inexpensive and MY doctor is VERY experienced. $4,500 covers everything! I highly recommend Dr. Altman. I'm so happy with the results.

Wow! That's incredible. Even with a flight and a couple days in a hotel I would save so much money. How was the service overall? Did he make you feel comfortable and help you understand the different options available to you. Can you post some photos showing your results? I'd really like to see how things worked out with scarring, natural-ness and such. I just can't believe it was so much cheaper.

Of course he was very helpful. Service was amazing. The doctor and nurses are all very sweet. You can't even see my scar and no I won't post any nudity because I have colleagues on this website.

Mentor silicone- they are made by Johnson & Johnson a US company. And for $400 you can have a life time warranty on them.

I love my boobs. I'm a size 36C/34D. I think they look very natural. I can't thank Dr. Altman enough. I'm so happy I listened to him!
