DA: Zygoma and Jaw Angels Reduction, Chin Augmentation, Forehead Reduction, Upper Lip Lift at Once!

Hello everyone I am Caucasian female in my late twenties. I’ve got my surgery at DA and wanted to share with you my results.
I was never happy with my face and always hated my big and too protruding zygoma, short chin and square jaw line but I didn’t know that it is possible to change the facial bone structure until few years before, because this kind of surgery is not popular in my country. As soon as I found out that it is possible to change the facial line in a surgical way I understood that this is what I want.
I study in Korea now and Korea is so famous with plastic surgery quality so I’ve decided to do my ps here. So I started to browse throw tons Korean PS review sites and apps and chose some clinics to visit for consultations. I wanted to do triple facial contouring (zygoma reduction + jaw angels reduction + chin augmentation), upper lip lift and also was thought about forehead reduction and I wanted to do it at once.
I chose DA because I liked it the most. Here I got the most detailed information about procedures I was asking about, I liked the atmosphere and friendly staff, and the most important I liked the doctors and the methods of surgery they advised. I didn’t want to put an implant in my chin because I was afraid it will make it too big and asked to change the shape and size of it with my one bone but in most of the other clinics they said that in my case it is not possible (it seems to me that putting ?n implant is just easier). But dr. Lee Dong Chang just told that he can do it and explained how. He was so friendly and professional so I felt that he is the doctor I can trust my face. I liked the consultations about lip lift and forehead reduction too. I was afraid of scarring as both of the procedures require rather big cuts but the doctors answered all my questions and clearly explained everything about it. So I’ve decided to do my procedures at DA right after the consultation.
The day before the surgery I got some health check, and the next day I was ready for the surgery. In a surgery day I was a little bit afraid because I never did anything like this with my face and never went through general anesthesia. Also it was required to fast for 8 hours and for me the most difficult part here was that it was not allowed to drink water too because I normally drink tons of water daily.
In fact anesthesia turned out not scary at all, haha. I just closed my eyes and when I woke up everything was already done.
I had a band around my face and couldn’t see my new face line right away but I constantly touched the cheekbone area not believing there was no more protruding zygoma! The first things I was able to check with my eyes was my lifted lip and reduced forehead. I was so happy right away. So I was supposed to spend the first night in a hospital. I was sleepy all the rest of the day and mostly watched TV in recovery room. In the morning I got my hair washed and the band off, received my prescription for medicine and was at home by the afternoon.
So after this point here is a swelling journey. At the third day my face and lips was so big that I was looking like a baby so my partner and myself couldn’t stop laughing. It was necessary to eat only soft meals for about a week after surgery because all the stiches are inside of the mouth so I ate protein shakes, juices and porridges at that time mostly and got rid of a couple of kilos (nice bonus). I was afraid of pain but strangely I got no pain at all, but I think I may just have a high pain tolerance. After a week the stiches from forehead and under nose area was took off, and after two weeks they took off the stiches from inside the mouth.
General swelling went away in two weeks I think, so I was able to go out normally from the second week. But I think it may differ for each person.
p.s. I do speak Korean but I was still helped with English-speaking assistant that made me feel more comfortable during the consultation, surgery and post-care visits so I also liked about the clinic that it is foreigner-friendly.
I love my results so much and I am so happy that I chose DA and it’s doctors.
