After having back surgery 2 years ago, I managed to gain 15 pounds that I couldn't lose again. Dr. Z did a spectacular job with my tummy tuck - I feel absolutely fabulous! I lost the 15 pounds and my waist is 4 inches smaller. He did some liposuction that took some inches off my hips, too. The recovery was nowhere near as bad as I had heard it might be. I was out of work for only one week. I travel out of town every other week, and had no problems at all. I did get tired easier for awhile, but that has gone away. I was back to my regular workouts at the gym with a few restrictions after only 4 weeks. This was the best thing I ever did for myself!
