1000% worth it! I went to Houston's Occulo-Plastic Surgeon Dr Charles Soparkar at the suggestion of my dermatologist. She told me to trust her, that I didn't need to research him, and that this procedure would change my life. I didn't even know it was a thing! I just knew I hadn't seen my eyelids in at least 10 years and my eyelashes looked stupid when I wore mascara lol!
My derm was right! I went for a consult and he has an amazing staff! So kind and informative! Then Dr Soparkar came in and put me completely at ease.
His staff was able to get the ptosis repair covered by insurance, and I had both procedures done 12/15/16. He has a very specific post-surgery protocol and I had very little bruising. See for yourselves!
I did take pics pretty much every day, so if y'all want to see more than these three before/afters, let me know. By 10 days, nobody could even tell that I had anything done!

Dr Soparkar is the master of the blepho! He is extremely skilled at this procedure and has the best bedside manner. He takes the time to answer all your questions at every visit, and he and his nurse kept me entertained and laughing during the procedures! Go see him. You won't be sorry. Look at my pics!
