Plasma fibroblast was horrible

Six months post treatment
$3,000
My eyelids have severe scarring and damage that I have been unable to have repaired. I am looking into surgery and am devastated by this. The picture is before and after six months. I cannot wear eyeshadow anymore because of how horrible they look. I have always loved makeup and this has been so difficult. The business owner has fought my bank on the chargeback aggressively. Thankfully they have stood by me and with my evidence they have stayed on my side. After posting a few negative reviews the provider called the police and tried to have me charged with harassment. The police wouldn’t even take a report and called me to tell me what she had done. I am honestly afraid of the business owner at this point.

Thank you! I am having such issues wi the my eyes since the procedure I have a hard time putting anything on them. They water almost constantly. I’m seeing an ophthalmologist currently and am considering a surgery to help.

I'm a little confused as to what went wrong. Not to minimize your bad experience in ANY way. I definitely think it looks no different than the before picture. So sorry you had to go through this. I guess i'm just trying to figure out what went wrong....the picture of the dots look exactly the same as everyone else's pictures.... the only difference I can see is that she did the entire face and neck as opposed to just certain areas.

When doing plasma pen there is a pattern the provider uses on the skin which is what helps with the lifting and tightening after. Mine was also held too close to the skin, held for too long, etc. Plamere has some good pictures of what it should look like on their site. Once I compared those to my own it was very obvious what was wrong. I do feel like there are a lot of pictures on this site and elsewhere that show really aggressive and deep burns and people don’t know that this is wrong. I have permanent scarring on my eyelids and some under the left eye as well. Medical microneedling and chemical peels have helped the hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation and some of the indents that were left on my face. I have the scarring on each side of my neck, that looks like the little carbons and that doesn’t seem to be responding to any treatments so I think those and the eyelid scars will be with me forever. I can’t afford the eye surgery to help with the damage left there. I now have been seeing an Opthamologist for damage to my ducts that was likely caused by this treatment. The continuous watering and nothing the doctors have given me helping has been horrible. This treatment seems to have new negative reviews daily so I do think that it’s going wrong for many people and that my experience wasn’t as unique as I first believed.

If you think it looks no different in the before and after pictures I’d say maybe have your eyes checked? It’s pretty obviously different. I didn’t have those tiny circled scars on each side of my neck or the scarring all over my eyelids or the hyperpigmentation prior to this botched procedure.

what did she do wrong exactly? dots don't look too agressive, and they are separated enough. Maybe because I can't see the dots closely - but obviously she spent too long on the dots?

Please see my comment above. I’m curious, so both of you go onto other peoples reviews and challenge victims stories? It’s pretty offensive truthfully. Should I post the medical reports from my cosmetic dermatologist, plastic surgeon, etc., here to prove all of the damage that I suffered?

Update
I have spoken to and sent pictures to a few companies that train for this treatment. They have told me the same thing that other professionals have, that my treatment was done incorrectly. I now know that everything that I feared was true. This provider was not only grossly negligent but she exhibited extreme and horrific judgment in what she did to me. Here is just a small sampling of letters I have received from experts in the plasma field, they were sent pictures of the day of and day after treatment:
"The treatment photos indicated extreme incompetence and wanton disregard for ethics, and safety of the client in the procedure. "
I was informed by one of those companies that the provider did train through them for the treatment a couple of months after she performed mine. This has been a horrifying and bizarre experience. This provider called the police to try to have me charged with harassment over my negative reviews. The police declined to file anything or even take a report. They contacted me to let me know that this person did this. This has become frightening. I would recommend that anyone considering using this business read this information and be able to make an informed decision. I was not so fortunate prior to using her.

where can I find out more about the error of her technique? Her dots look like everyone else's... and no you do not show improvement, and I'm sorry for that, but I'd be interested to know what she did wrong.

The dots are supposed to be in a pattern, any person who is trained in plasma pen can show you the pattern or you can google it. Mine are just random and the burns are far more severe than they should have been. I couldn't tell until it was way too late that she basically just placed small burns all over my face and neck with no real pattern or method. The entire thing took her under two hours and that was with the 1/2 hour of numbing time. Every other professional has told me this should have taken 3-4 hours. The provider who did this told me it would take 4+ hours before I had it done. It was the first red flag that she was done so quickly. This procedure is honestly too risky to even be performing for anyone who isn't a medical professional. It is already banned in Canada, and I suspect it will be in the U.S. before long. The provider who did mine is being looked at by the state board of physicians here, because they agreed she shouldn't be performing this type of procedure, especially since she is doing so under the guise of far more knowledge and experience than she clearly has.

So terrible! All procedures should be regulated. I've been researching this procedure and wound up reading about with a new plasma treatment called Jet Cool Plasma no dots no burns. Will do a lot of ground work beforehand and avoid spas etc but go to a PS office or dermatologist

Plasma Fibroblast Was Horrible.
I went to NueBella for plasma fibroblast and was not given the procedure we discussed or was supposed to happen. I don't think that Mary was trained for this treatment and it's a serious procedure to the face and neck. I have severe hyperpigmentation and had no results that were promised.I am going weekly to have other treatments done to try to correct the damage that was done to my face by the attempt at plasma fibroblast at NueBella by Mary. This was easily avoidable. Mary should have been transparent about her lack of skill, training, etc., and should not have tried doing this without knowing how. The photos are the day after the attempted procedure, my forehead before and after, my cheek up close, showing the scarring, and my frown lines before and after. My skin, wrinkles, lines, and texture, all look worse from the damage that was a result of this being done incorrectly.
*My pictures of her work are now being used in advanced trainings to teach how not to do this treatment.

I know you're really far away but please follow Dr Stefani Kappel on Instagram.
She's a Harvard trained dermatologist with a fellowship in advanced lasers. She's also a Mohs surgeon.
I've been working with her for close to a year to correct the horrible marks and scarring left from a dermaplaning procedure I had.
You could gain a lot of knowledge from her and maybe find someone who is similarly trained in correcting scarring and hyperpigmentation in your area.
My dermaplaning procedure was only $300 dollars but I've spent about $5,000 in lasers and medical grade products to get back close to my baseline.
I suffered depression and anxiety and had to go to therapy.
I didn't think I'd ever feel good about myself again but with her help I do now.

Thank you, it had been the worst experience with any business I could imagine. The scarring on my eyelids and neck area are permanent. I am now looking into the Blepharoplasty to try to repair my eyelids.

I had a similar experience but not quite as intense. I purchased a Healy device which delivers microcurrent to the skin. I placed it directly on the skin and for the past two months my face has been improving.
You can always add things to the spray bottle. I like to add Carrot Seed Oil, about 11 drops but it clogs the sprayer so I end up just shaking a bottle, pouring it on hands and drenching my face with it. Careful, ACV will sting if you get it in your eyes. Keep eyes closed until it dries. Peace.
